Treatment Coordinators

Our treatment coordinators play an important role in your orthodontic treatment experience. They're on hand to answer any questions you have about treatment, whether it be about the appliance that's been recommended to you, how to care for your braces or aligners, or what payment plans we have available.

Sue

Sue

Senior Treatment Coordinator

Sue has been working in the orthodontic industry since 1991 and has formal qualifications in dental assisting, dental radiography and workplace training and assessment. In 1994, after completing training with consultants at the American Association of Orthodontics, Sue introduced the role of Treatment Coordinator to our practice.

Sue has undertaken staff training in a number of practices Australia-wide. Most recently she has been involved in providing specific treatment coordinator training and presentations throughout Australia and overseas, drawing on her book about the treatment coordinator role.

Outside of work, Sue enjoys spending time with her husband and their two children, cooking, reading, and catching up with family and friends.
